How I Work (The Process)
Discovery: You tell me where you are bleeding money or time. (e.g., "We spend $4,000 a year on a leave app that nobody likes.")
The Build: I build the solution directly inside your Microsoft tenant. I don't host it; you do.
The Handover: I deploy the system and provide video training guides for your staff.
The Warranty: I include 30 days of support to fix any bugs or tweaks. After that, you own it.
Pricing Model
Fixed Fee Projects. I do not charge by the hour, and I do not charge a monthly retainer.
I quote a fixed price to build the system.
You pay 50% to start, 50% on completion.
Once paid, the code and the system are 100% yours.
What I Don’t Do
To keep my prices fair and my focus sharp, I set clear boundaries.
I am not your IT Support: If your printer breaks or you can't reset your password, call your Managed Service Provider (MSP).
I do not sell licenses: You buy your Microsoft 365 licenses from Microsoft or your reseller.
I do not do "General Admin": I build systems. I don't migrate 10,000 files manually for you (though I can build the tool to help you do it).
